Every fitness journey at Galaxy Fit Lab begins with a free Health Consultation. This 60-minute session allows us to assess your training motivation and goals, your nutrition and lifestyle habits, movement quality, injury risk, bodyweight, and body fat. These consultations are mandatory for every member to ensure a beneficial experience in our classes. Plus, it helps us to determine the best fitness pathway for you to succeed in reaching your goals.
Our small group personal training sessions are so much more than just workouts. Each session lasts 60 minutes and includes a warmup, cool down, and a comprehensive training routine that targets strength, muscular development, mobility, and cardiovascular endurance. Your strength training comprises of 3 circuits of barbell, dumbbell, and cable resistance training, sprinkled with mobility and flexibility training. For a heart-pounding finish, we take you through a HIIT circuit to boost your heart rate and train your core!
The beauty of our group training is that you enjoy the benefits of individualized attention like in personal training, but with the high-energy environment of group training. With a max capacity of 6 people, each session is a community experience designed to achieve most people's goals.
We make sure fitness fits your schedule! On weekdays, we run 5 sessions, 3 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. For those weekend warriors, we offer 2 energetic sessions on Saturday mornings.
Absolutely! Your membership includes open gym access, so you can train on your own terms. This open access is available between group training times, perfect for a quick workout or a little extra practice. Remember, at Galaxy Fit Lab, you're not just joining a gym - you're joining a community committed to health, happiness, and your personal fitness journey.
